By using the You Pek platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully:

1. Platform Definition

You Pek is a specialized service classifieds platform acting as a technical intermediary (a bridge) connecting service providers with seekers. The platform does not interfere in the service delivery or the financial agreement between the two parties.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and possess the full legal capacity to enter into contracts and agreements.

3. User Accounts

1. Users must provide accurate and truthful information (Name, Phone, Specialization).
2. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account data and all activities occurring under their account.
3. Impersonating any individual or entity is strictly prohibited.

4. Listing Guidelines (For Service Providers)

1. Services must be genuine, legal, and compliant with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Providers must upload authentic photos of their actual work and provide accurate service descriptions.
3. Posting inappropriate content, misleading advertisements, or duplicating listings in different categories is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Liability (Crucial Point)

1. You Pek is a display platform only; therefore, we do not guarantee the quality of services provided by users. We hold no responsibility for any disputes arising between the provider and the client.
2. All financial and contractual agreements occur directly between the two parties outside the platform. You Pek does not charge commissions and does not guarantee financial rights for any party.

6. Verification

The "Verified Service Provider" badge indicates that the platform has reviewed the user's identity documents; however, it is not an absolute guarantee of work quality or personal conduct.

7. Prohibited Activities

Using the platform for the following is strictly forbidden:

1. Fraud, scams, or promoting illegal activities.
2. Harassing or abusing any other user.
3. Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform's infrastructure.

8. Modification and Termination

You Pek management reserves the right to ban any account or delete any listing that violates these terms without prior notice. The platform also reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
